Luxury Scooters (up to 8 mph) are legally allowed to be used on the Pavement & Road. They are perfect for longer distances or more rugged terrain. They are usually more power and larger having independent suspension and pneumatic tyres/wheels making them ideal most terrains. As they have lights, indicators and a horn they are legally allowed to be used on the road network. .
