Services and Delivery

General Sales

All purchases must be paid in full before delivery. Payments are accepted on most credit or debit cards via our secure server provided by Protx. All prices quoted on our Web site are for new products and are priced in British Pounds (sterling - £). We have also included the price of each product with and without value added tax (VAT) which is at the current UK standard rate of 20% where applicable. Prices exclude delivery, but delivery costs for your order will be clearly shown before checkout and completion of your order.

Accuracy of Information

Whilst we make every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy of all descriptions and specifications for the products sold on our Web site error may unfortunately occur. If in doubt, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service team to discuss the product in more detail.

All details and specifications are accurate as at time of print, but may subsequently change. The photographs and colours are representative only and while we make every effort to ensure the products depicted in the photographs are as close as possible to the actual specification there may by slight variations.

Delivery Details

Delivery will normally be next working day from the clearance of payment. For orders received before 2.00pm Monday to Friday, we will endeavour to ship your order the same day providing we have the required products in stockand funs have lered. Orders received overnight are shipped the next working day.

(Please Note Weekend Orders - Orders taken between 6pm Fridays and 6am Mondays will be processed as above) 

Please note that all delivery dates are given in good faith but are subject to all matters beyond the control of our company. Whilst every effort is made to stock every product we list on our Web site, it is not always possible and sometimes events out of our control dictate any delays.

We currently accept order from/deliver to all postal areas in the UK, including England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. The majority of items shipped to addresses are sent via Initial City Link.

Returns Policy

At Gravelles Ltd., we want all our customers to be happy with the good you purchase from us. Our returns policy is detailed below:

Incorrectly Ordered or Unwanted Products.

We will accept the return of any item that has been incorrectly ordered by you or is simply unwanted providing you enclose a copy of the original invoice along with the product to be returned to us in an unused and as new condition complete in its original packaging and with all instructions and accessories. However all incorrectly ordered or unwanted products retuned to us will be subject to a 15% restocking and delivery charge.

Defective or Faulty Products

If you believe that the products you have purchased are defective or an error has been made on our part, please contact our customer services phone number as soon as possible to make them aware of the return. When sending the package back to us, please provide us with a description of the fault to aid our inspection team more quickly with the diagnosis of the problem/defect.

We will be happy to either replace the product or offer a refund for the value of the goods returned upon receipt and inspection of the items.

To return an Item

Please contact our customer service team first, before returning an item, so that we are aware that the product is being returned and the reasoning behind it. Please remember to enclose a copy of your original invoice. Items need to be wrapped securely and sent to the following address:
